The Russian Defense Minister's Concerns About the VKS

As a force, the VKS is still intact. It's not being used. And this is my concern about what happens to Ukrainian Sam's. If those skies are opened up, this is still something that they have in reserve. There are some who think that Russia wouldn't use them because that's all they have to defend against NATO. I don't know if I subscribe to that view of still trying this sort through what this all means.
