i think that the power of thinking like a scientist is that it forces us to become mentally flexible, because we realize so many of even our strongest opinions and beliefs are just theories. My version of that is to be a student, not a critic. Be a student first, critic second. Just ask questions. And again, none of this is new, but it is so ridiculously hard. I want you to pay attention to your emotional response to the next few minutes, because you're probably going to experience the very thing adam is helping us address. Because the moment we begin internally pushing back is a moment that we're probably no longer learning.
In an ever-changing world, it’s essential to ask questions, maintain an open mind, remain flexible, and be willing to reexamine our positions and decisions based on the new information we discover. Join me as I sit down with Adam Grant to discuss this concept and his recent book, Think Again.
