The Person of the Father
God in the New Testament typically refers to the person of the Father. But then it says the Father sends the Son, and then he also sends the Spirit of his son into our hearts whereby we cry Abba, Father. And again the Scriptures indicate both that the Son is a distinct person and also that the Son are God.
