Two and a half per cent of the population at any given time is super pumped about change for the sake of change. The vast majority of these executives think they'r gongto announce this project, but it's not going to happen. These projects flounder. They struggle to get off the ground. You want to create a clime where you don't have a baseline or a future if you're really going to take action. And once you basically kick-off a project and start executing against the plan,you can then execute what you want to do.
