The Importance of Syndication
I think syndications to me were attractive just because I could park my money, I could get this return. But again, I don't like my money locked up for five years. There could have been so much that I could have done with those funds. And it's a gamble, you know what I mean? It's the same as a syndication is like a stock, you're going to win or not.
