Psalm 82: Adonai and the Most High
The last verse of Psalm 82 calls on Adonai to rise up, which suggests that God is seated. There's only one other place in all the Hebrew Bible where we have the exact same phrase: "Kumah Elohim" It makes the most sense as a reference to the exile, not only because this is what the gods of the nations have done most wrong throughout the entire Hebrew Bible and they keep pleading with God to do something about it.
