At about 2.5 minutes after launch, the booster was supposed to separate from Starship and this didn't happen. The fact is the booster kept its engines throttled all the way up because it had been damaged. Because they lost 18% of their thrust, they were making them go a little bit longer to meet their trajectory. So that was where the mistake came from,. The whole mission was seconds behind where it should have been, probably because of the missing engines.
