CHAPTER

Autism Spectrum Disorder - Is Anyone Really Normal?

Every one of the disabilities i've talked about is a spectrum disorder. A person might be described as having no disability, a slight disability, a mild disability, a moderate ability, and so on. I think it might help us to understand our own learning and life experience better through this lens. It is a fact that most of us have uneven profiles of strength and weakness. If i tested every one of you, i would be very surprised if i didn't find that most of you have some significant strengths and some significant weaknesses.
