How to Say No to Guest Requests

There are some times that I know there's just no way with our schedule that day and maybe the next guest already requested an early check in. Let them feel a little bit like you're trying to work something out for them. In those cases, I know Airbnb's policy in and out well enough to know that they don't have a chance at getting a refund. So I can very confidently just tell them this isn't on me. And I like using this strategy again.
