Vishayi means a worldly person, but who understands that this kind of life does not lead to happiness. Vishayi bases his or her seeking of pleasure and success in the world on the basis of dharma. Suba changes sharply when you go from the first level to the next level. The goal of such a person is enlightenment, God-realization. One can be good and not particularly spiritual, but one cannot, cannot be spiritual and not good.
