The Stock to Flow of Gold Is Not About the Rarity of Gold
Gold is not growing in value in a way that allows it to continue to be hoarded. It's about how much there is as a multiple of how much is being produced every year. A lot of Bitcoiners like to make the point that gold is not going to work as money because, you know, we're going to be mining asteroids and bringing large quantities of gold into Earth.
