How Does Upskilling Play Into Your Career?

A lot of people are going through what i call like up skilling, right? So i already actually have a career. And now i want to conlaterally change, and i need to upskill. I sat down and learned it in 31 days because that's how long it takes o to really, you know, to master, to master the minimum effective dose of skill. The only person you're failing is yourself when you don't accomplish certain learning goals in time. But just learning to be bold and just saying, ok, this is what i think i need. Very boring, but just making an excel spread sheet and then applying.
