How to Avoid Sugar in the Morning

Sugar hypes up my want monster and i cannot get enough of like that dopamine hit yeah. Part of the schedule is exercising more so i'm trying to dance five to six times a week not all of them are super cardio a lot of them are though. And then do pilates three to four times week and i'll do it because it's on the schedule  and i'm just remembering the feeling in my brain of not wanting to do something but still doing it anyway.
