Sega had said, here's the satin. It's $399 and by the way, we just sent 30,000 of them to stores. That wasn't the big shot. The big shot happened at Sony's press conference when Steve Race walked out on stage up to the podium and said this, $299 and walked away. And that was the first time I really understood that you take a loss in your system and sell a bunch of software. Xbox is still doing it. They're losing money making Xboxes. Everybody does.
