In France, we've had the yellow vest movement, right? And supposedly our decision makers are from the best elite schools. Yet they kind of failed to take into account that information properly because they chose to apply very indiscriminately this carbon tax fall 2018. So I think there's a sort of discrepancy between what they think they know and what they actually know.
