Is There a Bifurcation of White Collar Workers?

I am worried about a pretty deep recession that I think is coming over the next two plus years. It's going to hit the white collar class, the hardest and first. The blue collar worker is the opposite end of the treadmill. They are running twice as fast and the red queen sends just to stay alive with rising consumer staples and food and fuel. When you look through history, every time there was a third, a common third enemy, you ended up having civility amongst the country even if it was for a short period of time. Then, once things abated again, you would get internal infighting. From the rise of the KKK in the 20s to just chaos of the
