Jenny: I like usually between three to five key ideas that I'm going to share. So for me, one of the areas I'll teach a lot is storytelling. And so there's this line that I call the lose the sale line. As soon as you get into too many steps and actions and details, the problem is is that you're going to overwhelm the audience. If you reveal too many of the steps before people are fully committed, you actually do them a disservice.
