Is the Law Designed to Not Give a Bright Line?
The law is designed to not give a bright line, so that there's less abuse. But it also depends on which market you're in. I think this might be filed in the UK for a reason. There's like people will jury shop here in the U.S., and they know California juries are super anti-capitalist,. Texas ones are Delaware ones are super pro-capitalist. And so- On the plus side, if that happens, then the data sets that the AI is trained on will be necessarily way smaller, which could extend the life of humanity. Also, it will just taste longer for them to get smarter than us and kill us.
