i feel like that is a quote for to dayto think about that it really speaks to me in thinking about any of the biggest moments levels of achievement, what preceded that was insanely hard. Greatness has never been down hill. No one ever coasted their way to greatness. You can't get up on the hill by yourself. Now get a team of climbers together. It's because this is in a solo act here. So we need each other. And once i understand that, now i'm going to become equipped to go up hill.

- Leaders become invigorated with problems.
