"There are communities of folks in America who are more radicalized, maybe not at the level of violence ... but this is the kind of thing that pushes people towards more radicalization." The idea that you can radicalize or help ISIS radicalize more people and then when there is an attack, use that attack as further proof that this radicalizing policy was necessary all along puts you in a very vicious cycle,' CNN's John Sutter writes.
