And we've added another live training session. This was with Stephen Gurney from Eden installation. And the topic was offsite semi modular construction. Looking at some of the aspects that change slightly in the design process, you've got to make a lot more of the decisions up front and make sure you've got them right. You've got to pay attention things like access, because if you're going to get a crane to site or articulated trucks,

you need to make sure you can actually

do that bit. The site needs to be prepared well. Don't penny pinch at this stage. We learned all sorts of other things foundations. Also, maybe you overlook this, but it's going to happen quite quickly. So you've got to be able to move on from there, you've got to be able to pay your bills. But I guess the big upside to do with having your panels arriving pre insulated, also having the air tightness largely done. It's just your windows and doors for this particular system. And in the winter month, this can be great to just accelerate your build on.
