Jeanette is a qualified nutritionist who specialises in intuitive eating and body image, and also happens to teach during the week. She is known as The Mindset Nutritionist, and is one of the co-founders and directors of Health Professionals Against Weight Stigma (HPAWS). She is also mum to two girls (for now!) and lives in Kent with her husband.
