In 19 75, queen recorded bohemian rhapsody and then 22 years later, another british band recorded another kind of very interesting, through composed, ambitious song that had a lot in common with it. So i sort of see this song as a descent. This song is a sort of descent into darkness. And it feels submerged. As you listen to it,. It grows kind of darker and noisier and more violent as you go deeper - which i think is on purpose. There's a dream like quality to this song. From the beginning to the end, it just goes deeper and deeper and deeper until it ends in this kind of destructive place.
