Moms and Dads - I'm a Single Mom of Three, and I've Had a Very Difficult Time With My Kids.
The biggest in the room is equity at work, an home with all life's duties and expectations. I worked as a single mom of three, and my grown kids understood i had to work. What made it difficult are the double standards. Dad related work complications are admired, but mom related work issues are reason to not promote single mams. And the list goes on.
