The Slow by Year Rules

Sonia's low by year rules were in a couple of categories including food slash takeout, gift giving, hair, skincare, makeup, etc. Books had their own category because Sonia will explain in a moment why and clothes. So with my experience in 2020 that was the year I was saving up for a house and so I was very, very strict like nitty gritty. Now that I have a house and I've been renovating and apparently you need to buy things like power tools. You have to buy pain you have to buy like furniture like it's not been a low by year. If anything, this is probably been the most expensive year of my life thus far.
