The Importance of Cost Budgeting in English Law
I get the impression you don't think that we need English law, it needs any separate statutory safeguard or by way of amendment to the defamation act. I'd also like to see a little more enforcement on cab rank rule. Strike out the summary judgment including through abusive process in all the manifold forms that libel or a law is for does a lot. Cost budgeting does something and there probably wouldn't be anything wrong with regulators stepping in where allegations of fraud or malice are made.
