Jerry Glanville and the Jets Broncos
In 1989, when the Bengals at the height of their disdain for the Oilers and Sam Wiesch's hatred of Jerry Glanville, they beat the Oilers 61 to 7. And there's an incredible story on the athletic about this where they were up 31 nothing and went on on 4th down. They recovered an on-side kick leading 49 nothing and then kept throwing the ball nonstop. That's what we need. The score is 58 to 7 at one point with 30 seconds to go and they kicked a 30 yard field goal to make it 61 to 70. I love that one. It was one of the more delicious rivalries that's sort of forgotten right now.
