And your other thesis is we can also globalize this. Therefore countries that don't have the level of expertise suddenly have 11 expertise at their hands. But that means expertise becomes global. China bought manufacturing global with a WTO kind of thing. This reduces the cost of expertise going global and obviously a far bigger impact.
