The High Priest of Our Confession

Christ is the high priest of our confession. What you profess is what he presents. The moment I speak it, he swings into action to ensure that that Word is fulfilled. And so I better be speaking his Word. You can't be confessing something; that's confessing something. So that's what comes to my mind. Now let's conclude with Hebrews 10, 23. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wevering for he who promised his faithful.
