The Second Thing Startups Fail Internally
When you have a team that is not cohesive and working well together, there's natural tensions. In fact, it's very simple with the team. We just have to have clear vision and clear direction on where we're going. And then everything needs to fall in line with it. Second thing that's going to fail internal conflict. This one sucks so much. I think there's natural tendencies are always part of every startup.
