David Frum: It's both because A, he believes that, but it has extra utility in those other areas you talk about. He sees it as a means to an end; there's no way he would sacrifice any of his own political power to do this even if he felt like it was really important. In Florida, not just in New College, but across the state, there is this fear that is constraining what people are teachingBoth at the high school and college and at the elementary school level. They're the laws about you can't teach anything about gender identity and sexuality to kids below a certain age or critical race theory.
