How to Escape the Human Condition
Wellness perfectionism is the belief that these kinds of healing modalities are tools we can use to escape the human condition rather than experience it more deeply. When you respond to our own experience, as if it is wrong and bad, we are actually activating ourselves even more. And please note, like this applies beyond feelings. It's also true even if we're talking about a negative action we're taking, or even a return on that action we're getting a result we're creating.
