Newcastle have been linked with a move for Tino Livermento. The Portugal defender is one of the most highly rated young full backs in Europe. But he's not quite at the level Newcastle want him to be, says John LaSalle. And so you gain this advantage by getting those sort of players now, if they're available. Sometimes I think clubs will just buy players because they are good, but we're trying to look at players that fit the profile of what maybe suits how they're playing currently and going forward.
