Kpray: I would learn about every single platform that is an exact competition with you. There are four other ones that are the same exact model as yours. What works? What hasn't worked? What can I do differently? Kpray: The biggest problem is liquidity. And actually getting enough people to put inventory on the platform. Tarol: We've all seen a bunch of these fail, even Poshmark. It's just been a sea of red. You have honestly some options here that I don't think you've maybe fully explored.
