The Importance of Consent in Marriage
There's this view of marriage or marriage not being very different from cohabitation, it's all essentially based on consent. Why did we get here? Well, I actually think that we are here because of no fault divorce, right? That no fault divorce really was the original redefinition of marriage. And what that meant is we had soaring rates of divorce in the 80s and 90s.
