Since their Senate and not presidential records, he's allowed to do whatever he wants with them. Trump also loves to compare his case to Hillary Clinton's classified document scandal back in 2016. But there is a stark difference between the two cases. Biden and his team cooperated fully while prosecutors allege Trump stonewalled them.
