I think it's really important in these situations to encourage fresh air, sunlight, the outside world. Would you like a bear hug? This may be all they need, not to stop. Reassurance is being there and being calm and not getting angry or resentful or matching their energy. Understanding is super important. Knowing them and understanding the best things to do to help them. That's key. And I guess the main one, which I always like to talk about in the whole point of what I do, is he could just accept it.
