The High Frequency Messages of Anna
Using old school radio equipment, Anna was able to tune into special broadcasts known as numbers stations. These are encrypted, high frequency messages that are in Spanish voice using numbers. A Toshiba laptop loaded with specialist software by the Buffins and Havana was sufficient to run the decryption. Even today's shortwave radio enthusiasts enjoy tuning in to these mysterious stations.
