In order to even have an ephistological inquiry, we have to have lots of scenarios that are approximately true. And our experience does not fit theiare expectations for experience. So now we say, oh, ok, well then how is it that we're going to reconstruct an adequate a theory, you know, the world? That's all at an unconscious level. We have no idea o of what's going on in this rational process.
