Using Your Forearm, or Straight Arming?

If you can see where the force is coming from, or you can predict where that force is going, and a set up a frame and then an opposing post, that's going to allow you to to stay in alignment. And also, it's important to realize that as your opponent is attacking you, there's a chance that they might be moving around your body, changing the force factor. So you might need to actively post constantly. Get up. You get bill based o your elbow your hand, start moving that elbow in hand, depending on where your opponent is going. Because force fectors aren't stationary. They are going to move depending on, you know, where your opponent
