How Do You Look for Hyperfluency?
Tio Fellas has a list of attributes they look for in founders. One is called hyperfluency, the ability to talk backwards and forwards as not ad nauseum about a space. There's another thing that we look for that we call sort of edge work. It's this ability to lean into discomfort and do things that scare you. And I guess the last one? The idea of Zenoless - like if you're working on a project or your company doesn't work out, you need to jump over it.
