How Do You Deploy a Network Access Control (NAC) Solution?
We work with providers, both very large systems as well as smaller community hospitals. We're able to quickly show them which of those devices were of greatest value, greatest importance, and potentially most vulnerable. In that case, they realized that they had several thousand devices that were connected to their network that were running Windows 7. That was a huge implementation, but that's a process that we go through with most of our healthcare customers. It really became a very elegant process of moving from understanding the connected device environment using that information to prioritize which devices were most vulnerable.
