The Overshoot Commission and the Paris Peace Forum

The Overshoot Commission is an offshoot of the Paris Peace Forum instigated by current president Pascal Lamy. I would argue that Overshoot is more than a language problem, it is also a social, political and scientific problem. This ignorance with regard to scientific warnings has led us to the calamitous global climate chaos we are already experiencing at 1.1 degrees Celsius.
