Are You Going to Be the Cit?

i joined amazon in september, and i think in january. One of the reasons for hiring me was to inst more sort of academic rigor into the way that we wanted to approach scalhing. Were amason had become really good that scale. But the challenge was that they wanted to do orders of magnitude more. And so if you want to be truly data driven company  you need to festfof half the data, but also need have o culture around how do you measure or and how do you interpret those measurements?
