The Fed's Divided Position on the Debt Ceiling
There's not a great deal of response to it all today, really. And so as you said, markets don't appear to be overly worried about it. There does seem to be this working assumption that effectively what will happen is that the deal will get done and on will move. So every piece of research I've read, everyone sort of says it'll go down to the wire, but it'll get done. Then we get back to talking about the Fed ad nauseam, then can't we? Interesting on stocks, tech doing really well today. Metashears are up, even though the European Union has handed them a 1.2 billion euro fine for mishandling user information
