Theftx was highly over leveraged its main token collapsed in value there was a huge run on the ftx bank essentially by all of its depositors. The company had basically and sam bachman free had taken all of the assets that were in there and tried to cover up their losses. They had been taking incredibly risky bets not just to cover their losses but to trade to fund the entire trading arm because they had so many losses right.
