The Concept of Self-Segregating Morphology in Chakwan
A compound word Exists because there was a need for a word And rather than invent a wholly new collection of Consonants and vowels someone decided to put two words together. A very interesting thing in chakwan that I do not make hay of is the concept of self-segregating Morphology which I've been given to understand is really not quite the correct term. The idea is that a not just a reader but a listener to utterances could know where words and morphemes begin and end.
