The Threat of Driver's License Services in China

I don't think there's a real threat from driver's license services, but like I said, people should investigate. And if there's a question of violations of a law like the Foreign Agents Registration Act, then they should prosecute. That's up to each country to use their domestic laws to do. My fear is that by creating this threat out of a physical Chinese policing presence on the ground we're whipping up a frenzy.
