Lance: Buybacks are very important because again, like I said, there's a correlation when companies are buying back shares in a rising asset market. So yes, you have to factor that into your equation. Lance: morally it's a terrible thing to do buybacks because it really kind of robshare holders of long-term returns. But from an investment standpoint, I think you have to make it a consideration.
