What I Love About Journaling
Jason: I found like me and even probably even taking this to life of like beyond trading like me just journaling or writing out my thoughts has been very beneficial for me. So that is why I always did it because it helped me stay disciplined to my process right. The news letter to me helps me now because now I have my method, so it's just making sure that's the discipline for that method. And then that newsletter for myself. Helps to add is great too because the guy who did this with me he takes it. And he makes it like even better because he likes starts to rank the different markets based on the stuff I'm doing with you stuff I never did.
